Saturday Sweat Series: Hybrid Strength

Join us for our next Northlake Saturday Sweat Series this weekend with a FREE Hybrid Strength Workout.

This will be a coach-led, full-body workout combining strength, conditioning, and functional training. The workout is beginner-friendly but still challenging enough to get a great sweat in.

Expect a mix of:

Spots are free, but we’re asking people to reserve ahead so we can plan the workout setup.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reserving helps us make sure we have enough space and coaching support.
