Master the Olympic Lifts with Expert Coaching
Whether you're brand new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your technique, our Olympic Lifting Club is designed to help you move better, lift more efficiently, and build explosive strength.
Each session is coached by an experienced Inertia Fitness coach and focuses on developing proper mechanics for the snatch, clean, and jerk, along with accessory movements that improve mobility, power, and confidence under the bar.
Unlike a typical group fitness class, you'll receive individualized coaching and feedback throughout the workout so you can progress at your own pace.
