Join us for 3-week Kettlebell Athletic Club Workshop!

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to use a kettlebell more efficiently, increase your strength, and maximize your athletic potential, this is the event for you! Join us for Week 2 of a 3-part Kettlebell Strength Workshop designed to help athletes of all levels sharpen their skills and boost their performance. It is NOT required to attend all 3 workshops (although we'd love to see you there)! Each week will cover different content.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other athletes in the Charlotte area while learning how to maximize the power of the kettlebell and enhance your overall athleticism. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to refine your technique, we’ve got you covered.

Week 2 Focus:

In Week 2 of this 3-part series, we’ll cover the front rack position, foundational overhead movements, and progress to single arm swing skills skills including:

  • Front Rack Position: Learn the proper position to hold and repack your kettlebell when moving overhead.

  • Kettlebell Overhead Press: Develop pressing strength and stability, which is key for overall upper body power.

  • Kettlebell Push Press and Jerk: This dynamic movement helps build power in the shoulders, core, and legs while improving coordination.

  • Single Arm Swings and Cleans: Develop power through unilateral movements and identify imbalances between sides of the body.

  • Single-Leg Deadlift: Focus on balance, stability, and unilateral strength, improving coordination and reducing injury risk.
